We recommend applying when you’re ready to submit payment, as we cannot guarantee your space will be held beyond 14 days of acceptance. After this period, spaces may be offered to other applicants if a category becomes full. However, categories don’t always fill up within this timeframe. To secure your spot, it’s best to apply and submit payment as soon as possible.
No, we do not provide tents. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own 10x10 tent (or two 10x10 tents if you purchase a 10x20 space), along with tables, table coverings, chairs, and any other equipment needed for their display. Vendors are also responsible for the setup and takedown of their spaces.
No, vendor spaces cannot be shared. However, you may request to be placed next to someone you know by noting it on your application. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Once you’re accepted as a vendor and your vendor fee is paid, all payments are non-refundable. Date swaps within the same calendar year may be possible if space is available in your category, but please note that categories fill up quickly, and this option may not always be feasible. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold this policy. Thank you!
We’ll utilize social media, flyers, yard signs, banners, and local media to promote the event. Sharing the event on your own business platforms is a fantastic way to help us spread the word and boost visibility.
